Here are some budget friendly travel destinations that are all in the US, and that won’t break the bank.
Grand Canyon
The first travel destination on our list is the Grand Canyon. This is a place on many people’s bucket list to see, and it might be more in budget than you think. The cost to enter that park is $35 per car, which will give you access to the park for 7 days.
As for where to stay, your cheapest option is going to be tent camping. There are so many campgrounds in the area that you can choose from. Enjoy hiking and take in the amazing views that Grand Canyon National Park has to offer.
Bar Harbor, Maine
Bar Harbor, Maine is known as the gateway to Acadia National Park. The park entrance fee is only $30 for your whole car, and you get access to the park for 7 days. You can enjoy all of the picturesque views that Bar Harbor has to offer.

If you are wanting to save, you can stay in one of the hostels. These are a great budget-friendly option. Again, traveling here during the off season can save you money since prices are going to be lower. If you are wanting to splurge on a really cool experience, check out the Biltmore.
Destin, FL
Looking for a beach getaway? Check out Destin, Florida. Beach vacations can get really expensive really fast if you aren’t careful. From the hotel, to the drinks, to the food, you can find yourself spending a lot.
Destin is a great beach destination because the average price of a 4 to 5 star hotel is less than $200 a night. The best activity that you can do here is enjoy the beautiful beaches, which is absolutely free. If you are looking to avoid some of the cost of eating out, try buying food at the local grocery store. This can help you save on some of the overpriced food they are selling to tourists.
Gatlinburg, Tennessee
Gatlinburg is a great mountain getaway. There are so many miles for hiking, biking, and even horseback riding. Enjoy all the views of the beautiful nature and wildlife of the Smoky Mountains.
