Last Minute Gift Ideas That are Still Thoughtful
There is nothing worse than realizing you forgot to get a gift for someone. We get it– we’ve been there. There is so much going on around the holiday season and it can be easy for things to slip your mind.
It can be a challenge to think of a gift that you can get for someone just a few days before the holiday. On top of that, you want to make sure it is meaningful to that person. We know it can be tough, and that’s why we have made a list of some of our favorite last minute gift ideas!
Subscriptions
Getting someone a subscription is a great holiday gift. It’s also a gift they can use throughout the year. Find something they might not already have, or something they would not get for themselves. Here are some ideas we love:
- Workout class: A workout class subscription is a great gift idea for the fitness guru in your life. These can be rather expensive so it is always a nice gift to receive.
- Amazon Prime- If you know someone that doesn’t already have Amazon Prime, it’s time to get them hooked. This is a great gift idea they can use throughout the year.
- Wine Subscription- For the wine lover in your life, give them a subscription so they can try out new wines every month. Winc is one of our favorites!
- Meals Kits- Blue Apron or Hello Fresh are just some of the brands that offer meal kit subscriptions that can be delivered right to your door!
If you don’t want to purchase a whole year or a set amount of time, then a good hack is to just get them a gift card for the subscription. That way, they are able to try the subscription for a little while, and you are able to spend the amount you want.
Candle
Everyone knows that candles are a go to gift when you don’t know what to get someone. However, they really do make a great gift for anyone. Plus, there are so many different varieties you can get, which means you can make it personal. Some of our favorites are the Homesick candles.
Gift Sets
During the holiday season, there are so many gift sets from different brands. This is the perfect gift since they are curated with different products from the brand. Maybe they have a certain brand they love, so this might be a way they can sample some of their products. Books
Books are another great gift you can get for anyone. Even if the person is not a huge reader, there are other options they might enjoy. For example, get them a cookbook, or even a coffee table book. If they are a big reader, find a book they have always wanted to read or one that you think they would love! Books are the perfect gift if you are looking for something that is personal.
Game
A gift idea that some tend to forget about is a nice game. This can be a board game or card game, or really anything you want. As we grow up, we sometimes forget that games are still super fun to play.
